Construction and Layout

• Barge City: Built entirely upon massive barges made of woven plant fibers.
• Intricate Tethering: The barges are tethered together in a complex fashion to form a unified settlement.
• Mobile Location: The city has no fixed position, floating freely upon the waves and moving with the ocean currents.
