Jhangara

A primitive and impoverished country, Jhangara has little influence among the other nations of Talislanta.

Environment

The region is a hot and humid land consisting mainly of:

• Northern Regions: Jungle and murky swamps.
• Southern Regions: Bogs that become progressively more dense and inhospitable towards the coast.

The Jhangarans

The humanoid denizens of this land are an uncivilized race, odd and ungainly in appearance.

• Social Structure: They live in tribal groups, typically comprised of individuals sharing the same occupation.
• Mercenaries: Some Jhangarans have converted to the Orthodoxist Cult under Aamanian missionaries. These converts now comprise a sizable portion of the Aamanian military.

The Outcasts

The strangest of the tribes are the Outcasts, who wander the swamps and jungles in ragged bands. [^1]

• Superstition: Other tribes regard them with dread, believing that all Outcasts bear the “stigma of doom.”
